Images in the SFFP galleries are available for editorial use only (ie: news or commentary). Commercial or promotional usage is strictly prohibited unless image(s) are cleared by SFFP through written confirmation from the promoter, publicist or event. Contact our office to request this additional clearance prior to commercial or promotional use.

All images on this site are available to accredited publications and media for editorial and non-commercial use only. Purchaser accepts the 'Personal Use License' as expressed in our shopping cart, which prohibits and restricts any commercial use whatsoever, forever, in eternity, in the universe. All images on SouthFloridaFreePress.com are owned and copyright protected by SFFP. All other parties of interest must receive prior written approval from SFFP to use any image for any purpose other than editorializing. To inquire about an image, mouse over the large image in our gallery that you are interested in. Click the "Photo Info" button. Be prepared to provide us with the gallery name and file name from the info box for most efficient reply.

Editorial rights to our images are licensed on a use-by-use basis and may not be re-sold, re-licensed, sub-licensed or re-distributed. Images may not be altered in any way, in any medium without prior SFFP approval. Use in an "editorial" manner means use relating to events that are newsworthy or of public interest. If you wish to use an image from our editorial collection for a non-editorial use, you must contact SFFP to assist you. All editorial images are subject to South Florida Free Press Rights-Managed and Rights-Ready License Agreement.
