Coconut Creek, FL (October 28, 2013)—NYY Steak (www.nyysteak.com) located at the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, will host a premium wine dinner on Thursday, November 14th. The evening will begin with a reception in the Legend’s Lounge at 6 p.m., with dinner served at 7 p.m. The featured vintner is Scott Novik from Justin Wines, who will present four wines to complement the dining experience. Dinner will begin with a Florida stone crab appetizer with baby arugula, cucumber, avocado, subarashii pear, grapefruit and shallot with citrus vinaigrette paired with Justin’s Sauvignon Blanc, an un-oaked refresher. The second course is a braised oxtail tortelloni with herbs, goat cheese, beef and smoked tomato consume, paired with Justification, Justin Wine’s paso blend. The entrée is a bone in filet mignon with marrow, gremolata, roasted Brussels sprouts and a white bean puree paired with Justin Wine’s Isosceles, a paso robles wine in the style of the classic chateaux of the Medoc area of Bordeaux. Dessert will be a black forest mousse gateaux paired with Obtuse, Justin Wine’s wide-bodied version of a classic dessert wine.
