Mozart Cafe at Boca Raton Unveils New Menu
MOZART CAFÉ AT BOCA RATON UNVEILS NEW MENU,
NEW TEAM, NEW LOOK
Boca Raton, FL (October 10, 2013)— Mozart Café at Boca Raton, located at the Fountains Center on Camino Real and Powerline Road, has an all new culinary team, completely revamped menu, and a new contemporary look.
“This is a complete departure from the old Mozart Café,” said Mike Zikri, managing partner. “Everything is being made from scratch, using top quality products and a gourmet touch. We are also very pleased to have a new team of well-trained chefs.”
Both the interior and exterior have been updated, with handsome new tables and chairs on the patio and a redesigned interior. The staff uniform has been changed to all white to represent the highest level of cleanliness.
Specialties of the house on the Large Plates section of the menu include seafood entrees, such as oven roasted Chilean sea bass with roasted potatoes, asparagus and a roasted tomato beurre blanc for $32 and snapper piccata with capers, lemon, white wine, parsley, tomatoes and spaghetti for $29.
Zikri said,” We wanted to completely revamp the menu and have delicious food. Our guests deserve to get the best.”
There are 12 new appetizers on the menu, including avocado eggrolls, with avocado, sun dried tomato, red onion and a cilantro dipping sauce. There are also a variety of pizzas, including the Quattro Formaggi with goat cheese, mozzarella, feta and ricotta, which is $13 for 10 inches and $18 for a 16 inch pizza. Seven pasta choices include a seafood risotto with seasonal catch, tomatoes, zucchini, squash garlic and saffron for $26 and a gnocchi marsala with roasted wild mushrooms, shallots and garlic. There are also 8 new sandwiches, 6 salads and a kids menu.
On Sundays, the Mozart Brunch Celebration will be available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes an omelet station, sushi, pasta, quiche, fruit, cheeses, pastries and Belgian waffles. The cost for the brunch celebration is $20 for adults and $10 for children. Bottomless mimosas are $10.
Breakfast is also available at Mozart Café at Boca Raton from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and includes 3 egg omelets with a choice of a variety of fillings for $13, a smoked salmon platter with capers, tomato, cucumber, red onion cream cheese and a bagel for $14, Belgian waffles with peach compote and whipped cream for $11 and stuffed challah French toast with sweet vanilla cream cheese and bananas foster topping for $13.
