III Forks - Hallandale and Palm Beach Gardens Announce New Bar Bites and Cocktails
Hallandale and Palm Beach Gardens, FL (May 29, 2014) – III Forks Prime Steakhouse, South Florida’s contemporary evolution of the classic steakhouse, has introduced an array of new appetizers and cocktails.
III Forks, which boasts USDA prime steaks paired with the finest seasonings and toppings, has a number of innovative new drinks, including the Clover Club ($13), made with Boodles Gin, fresh lemon juice, house-made simple syrup, and egg white, handcrafted by the restaurant’s bar staff; and the Ketel One Mule ($12), a classic made with Ketel One vodka, ginger beer, fresh lime juice and served in a cold cupper mug. Other bar specials include twists on staples such as the Pancho Villa Margarita ($13), which adds cherry vodka and pomegranate juice into the mix, and the Creole Mint Julep, which adds a kick of Cajun seasoning to the classic.
In addition to the new cocktails, III Forks has launched an updated bar bites menu. The menu includes a daily selection of chef’s Crudo ($15.95), as well as Ahi Tuna blackened and served over Asian slaw with lemon wasabi cream and black pepper rum hoisin ($15.95). Housemade Roasted Garlic Hummus is served up with lavash chips ($6.95). Other new additions include lamb meatballs ($8.95). steak tartar ($19.95), and a cheese and charcuterie board, a selection of locally produced cheeses and meats served with traditional accompaniments ($14.95 for three selections to $32.95 for nine selections).
