Burger Bar, Palm Beach Gardens - Awesome!
Burger Bar - Palm Beach Gardens, Doanld Ross Road
Walking in from the outside bar, the atmosphere is warm and comfortble with a good local crowd and some TVs featuring live sports. The staff greet and seat with such pleasant demeeanor and prompt attention. Then we were introduced to Lee and Kevin (ownera and GM respectively). They were introducing some new menu items that will enhance the existing favs.
Since I can't eat on an empty stomach, for starters we tried the Cucumber-Basil Martini - delicious and refreshing. The Lobster Mac-n-Cheese appetizer is a large portion with lots of lobster claw meat - a great comfort food. The Boneless Chicken Wings come with a variety of sauses and dips - prepared and breaded in-house. And the Plaintain Wafer with BBQ Pulled Pork was fantastic. We shared a Spicy Tuna Burger and the Prime Steak Burger. Both were cooked perfectly (medium rare and medium as requested) and with 'Tots' on the side and a side salad with Balsamic Vingarette dressing. The others folks around us had similar experiences with their meals.
And for desserts, we tried the Bread Pudding - house made - fresh, warm and large, enough for 4 (or more). Peanut Butter Explosion, Funnel Fries and Mini Donuts were also sampled - all were job well done... If you like a frozen drink, a must try is the Nutella Bourbon Shake - would be perfect on a hot summer day (as it was also on a cool winter evening :). They offer a full liqour bar inside and outside and a great variety of beer and wine.
Overall, the experince was enjoyable and I would recommend stopping by for an evening, or sports event. They have specials daily like kids night Wednesday, Ladys Night Thursday, Game Day specials,DJ/music night. Go to www.BurgerBar.com, Facebook /BurgerBarPBG, Twitter @BurgerBarPBG, Instagram BurgerBarPGB, #BurgerBarPBG for full menu and information. Many thanks also go to The Buzz Agency for arranging and hosting. Always a pleasure. http://thebuzzagency.net/
