The Balconies Announce European Tour with Rival Sons
The Balconies announce a 13-date tour with Rival Sons, kicking off this week in Denmark, and bringing them to Sweden, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, and Holland! After sharing the stage with LA rockers Rival Sons on several Canadian dates earlier this year, The Balconies are thrilled to head overseas to support them in Europe!
Before leaving the continent, they will also play in a showcase at Canadian Music Week in Toronto, on Thursday, March 21st. Having just performed several showcases at SXSW in Austin, Texas, this past week, The Balconies continue to steamroll unsuspecting crowds – doing it heavier, sweatier, and more fiercely than the night before.
The Balconies recently launched a PledgeMusic campaign to garner support for their highly-anticipated upcoming album, recorded with legendary producer Arnold Lanni (Our Lady Peace, Finger Eleven, Simple Plan). This year has been a wild ride for the band. Since the revamped single, “Do It In the Dark”, was released in the fall, this loud and sweaty rock outfit continues to build momentum. Shortly after wrapping up this next tour with Rival Sons, The Balconies will play The Great Escape Festival (Europe’s leading festival for new music) in Brighton, UK in May.
