MAX’S HARVEST’S NEW SPECIALTY COCKTAILS

April 17, 2013 (Delray Beach, FL)—Max’s Harvest has introduced several new specialty cocktails. Hangin Berries is made with Hangar One Maine Wild Blueberry Vodka, muddled mint and blue berries and a dash of simple syrup. A $5 donation from every Hangin Berries ($15) sold will be made to Slow Foods Glades to Coast’s East Slow/Eat Local Campaign during April.
Also on the cocktail menu is a new Summer Sangria. The drink is made with Zyr small batch vodka, berries, citrus and watermelon. It’s served over ice and finished with sparkling wine ($12).
Other new offerings include: Bourbon Orchard—Makers Mark, Domaine de Canton, apple juice and muddled strawberries ($12); and the Dark & Story, which is Max’s Harvest’s version of the classic ($12), which includes Gosling’s Black Stramp Run finished with small batch ginger beer.
Finally, a favorite from last summer, the Watermelon Patch, has been brought back—it’s made with fresh local watermelon juice infused with ginger liquor, clementine infused vodka and lemon juice and is strained into a martini glass. ($12)
